Where we ship

Xpanza currently ships physical products to addresses within the United Kingdom. Digital products are delivered electronically and are available worldwide.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping methods and delivery times

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard shipping — estimated 3–5 business days
  • Express shipping — estimated 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during busy periods, adverse weather, or due to courier disruptions.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our current promotions for details.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number where applicable. You can use this to monitor your delivery via the courier's website.

Failed deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address or uncollected parcel, we will contact you — re-shipping costs may apply.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at izaidiqbal65@gmail.com. We will investigate with the courier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Digital product delivery

Digital products are delivered via email or a secure download link immediately after your payment is confirmed. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive your download link within a few minutes of purchase.
